it's disappointing how it's just a drum beat and it doesn't have the melody like the other secret themes

The secret song for Strongcold or originally called Frostbite.
It's a combination of "Grinch's Ultimatum" and "Hmmm Look What You Done Did You Found A Secret" and it was unused due to RedPilotSun not giving Frostix and [C] ness the rights to use his song along with Strongcold getting scrapped.
