TFTD’s 7th installment comes with a lovely guest mix from our beloved friend Davide Pestillo.
Davide runs two cassette labels: Marguerite Records, a platform for more dancefloor-oriented music focused on all things synth/wave, and Tocca il Futuro, releasing ambient / experimental healing sounds. 
He’s also 1/2 of Bianco Negativo, alongside his partner in crime Claudio Codeless.

He releases on labels such as Correspondant and Live at Robert Johnson and has made his first appearance on TAU with a remix on INVŌKER's '1999 EP', which was followed by the track 'Solar Walk' on our recent Spektrum 3 magazine V/A bit.ly/Tau026 Rumors are there will be a full EP from him on TAU sometime early next year... Through the use of sound and light, Novak explores how these intangible materials can act as catalysts to focus our awareness on our present location in space and time. Novak’s diverse body of works—audiovisual installations, performances, sound diffusions, recording, and prints—ask participants to reclaim the present moment as a political act. His work has been experienced through exhibitions and performance at AB Salon, Brussels; The Broad, Los Angeles; Commonwealth & Council, Los Angeles; de Young Museum, San Francisco; Fylkingen, Stockholm; Human Resources, Los Angeles; Iklectik, London; Institute of Modern Art, Brisbane; Mutek Festival, Montreal; and The Stone, New York, among others. His recorded sound works have been released by 901 Editions, Dragon’s Eye Recordings, LINE, Room40, and Touch, among others. Novak’s work has been the subject of articles and reviews in publications including C Magazine, Drain Magazine, Inside Art, LA Weekly, Los Angeles Times, Neural Magazine, Signal to Noise, The Stranger, and The Wire, among others.
