Oh boy, I uploaded the version before. ANYWAYS, this is the same thing almost. I recorded this in ten minutes yesterday, recording myself playing the same chord over and over, and adding sound effects I recorded earlier this year for other purposes. Very Animal Collective inspired song. Enjoy!

Fun facts about this production of this song:

Most of the sound effects were made using a little USB-fan I have connected to my laptop, during these hot summer days.

I used a $15 microphone to record the stuff because I'm poor as hell. D:

Had a Good Life [WIP]

Picked up an audio sequencer. This is pretty much my first (finished) song.

The idea came from the chord progression of "Bring The Boys Back Home", on Pink Floyd's The Wall.

I'm not sure how to fell about this track, I think it draws out a bit, I don't want to dabble too much in "perfecting" it though.

This piece was originally thought out to be a "classical piano" composition, however as I thought about possible melodies and such, I was listening to The Flaming Lips "The Terror", and the sheer brilliance of "Try to Explain" just resonated so well with me, that I trashed my original idea, and this is what became of it instead.

The piano still plays a big role, but this became a lot more gritty than I had anticipated.
