This is a tone poem with progressive rock and heavy industrial musical ideas. A tonal or tone poem; is simply  a piece of orchestral music usually in a single continuous section (a movement) in which the content of a poem, short story, novel, painting, landscape or another (non-musical) source is illustrated or evoked. The term was first applied by Hungarian composer Franz Liszt. The symphonic poem is in some ways related to opera; whilst it does not use a sung text, it seeks, like opera, a union of music and drama. (Encyclopedia of Music)
I am using the gaelic/celtic myth of Leanan Sidhe.  Which I have been obsessed with for many years, the fragility of the soul of the artist. And the fatalism of love. he leannán sídhe is generally depicted as a beautiful muse, who offers inspiration to an artist in exchange for their love and devotion; however, this frequently results in madness for the artist, as well as premature death. W. B. Yeats popularized a slightly different perspective on these spirits with emphasis on their vampiric nature. 
The Leanhaun Shee (fairy mistress) seeks the love of mortals. If they refuse, she must be their slave; if they consent, they are hers, and can only escape by finding another to take their place. The fairy lives on their life, and they waste away. Death is no escape from her. She is the Gaelic muse, for she gives inspiration to those she persecutes. The Gaelic poets die young, for she is restless, and will not let them remain long on earth—this malignant phantom.
This is a Post-Modern instrumentalisation of that myth. Young Artist poets meets dark and mysterious woman. Passionate affair full of drugs and sex, booze, art, music and poetry. She spurns him he is in despair. They meet up again he spurns her. Over and over again this saga plays out...until their souls are wrenched from their bodies. She ascends back to the Fields of paradise...he sinks into an abysmal pit of sex, drugs, addiction and suicide. At the end he is re-born decades later, an artist again and this artist meets a tall dark hair beauty in a bar,
