Sister Grizzly is a four piece indie rock band from Oakland, CA. We write songs about the metaphors of moments, the mysticism of women, and the transformative power of Rock and Roll. We enjoy cheap drinks, high-fives and mixed messages. Known for passionate and bracing live performances burning with contagious anthemic fervor, Sister Grizzly has been steadfastly winning over West Coast audiences since 2010. 

Last July, they released their first full-length record Truth & Consequence, which was the culmination of two years of writing and touring around the Bay Area. A rousing and heartfelt exploration of things left unsaid and confessions made too soon; this is a record for everyone who sings too loudly and dances too hard when their hearts are too full.
