Talk To The Wind

This tune was written back in the summer, at a very dear river spot I often visit. 

I had a nice practice throughout the summer of longboarding alongside the river, and stopping at various spots along the way to swim, meditate, bird watch, and play flute. 

At one spot along the river, while playing flute and improvising with the ambient sounds of the ecosystem, a Red-Eyed Vireo began singing. I incorporated the three note phrase style of its song into my flute improvisations, and this tune soon arose.

Doug Tipple flute, shruti box, ghungroo bells, tingsha bells, triangle, madal drum

But, something was wrong with the pedal...making squeaking noises.
