For Volume 3 DJ Razoul man's the helm. Razoul has been dedicated to TYH since he signed on and I think it really shows. The mix is house, mostly, and it's really funky. His personality is everywhere from the selection, right down to the mixing style. There's a nice little surprise at the end that I think finishes things off really nicely. Hi! I'm The Night Porter, and I'm the curator of this little mix series. I started this because I love chill out music, and I wanted to make a series where the people involved would reach deep into their musical collection and pull out those choice tracks that they love to listen to when they get home after a night out on the town. It's almost as if we are throwing a chill, intimate after party at our house and we've invited you back. There's no real limit to what kind of styles can be included so you can be ready for anything. The goal is to create a mood that allows you to sit back, relax, enjoy a drink and some company; or you can get up and dance if the spirit still moves you to. So, I invite you to the humble beginnings of what I hope grows to be much bigger. I'm really excited to see this take off and where it goes!
