Those who have followed the ever-interesting career of Steve Bug for some time will be ecstatic at this news - a full reissue of his seminal B-Series project from 2000 / 2001. The three EPs that appeared at the time were something of a sideway step for the Poker Flat boss - a journey into the more minimal sounds bubbling up from the Berlin underground at the time.

Across three statement-making releases, Steve managed to capture, define and enhance the sound with his own twisted take on the house meets techno blueprint. Gathered together for this digital release, the nine tracks from the EPs sit perfectly together, and retain every bit of their freshness and bite. 
'Feelings' and 'Crazy Bush' still sounds hugely vital - both sharing a percussive, driving house / techno vibe that will continue to work in almost any set. 

'Nervous' (from the Vol 1 release) is a much more stripped down affair, and as with 'Weird Fantasy', is based around the tightly looped samples and off kilter sounds that would come to define the early 2000s. 

'Eclectic' is techno through and through, and features a proto-wobble that will sit well with today's bass music scene, while 'Painkiller' features the unmistakable vocal work of the legendary Miss Kitten. 

'I Got Rhythm' is also classic Steve Bug, injecting his unstoppable sense of funk into a driving house banger - a track, like all the nine cuts on The Complete B-Series, which retains a timeless, enduring quality.

The unsung hero of melodic techno prepares to step up to the Poker Flat plate for a second time, continuing the partnership that began with the epic 'Planet Funk EP' earlier this year. Vince Watson is a stalwart of the scene and truly in a league of his own: an unparalleled discography, a singular flair for arrangement, and a signature sound of lush layers and deep irresistible grooves. 'Rock It' is another complete chapter written in Watson's unique vocabulary.

The EP's title track's swift pacing and bright multi chords-create a constant state of uplift and progression, movement and light. Subtle changes and hypnotic building loops drive this number towards a state of blissful contradiction: slow-burn euphoria. 
'Sonar' contains all the scale, emotion and colour that the title may suggest; a prominent chord progression is sustained throughout, running through the track like a shot of neon, ensuring its future a peak time anthem.

'Feel It' is the yin to the yang of the previous tracks, easing into a looser, deeper tech house tempo, and unravelling tight melodic harmonies for breezy watercolour washes of pads; the 'Freestyle Mix' pairs gauzy tones and staccato keys for the type of result that's the perfect accompaniment to a rising sun, while the Instrumental mix opts for precision and crisp chords for maximum mixing ease.

Phonique, who also mixes CD of ‚Best Kept Secrets Vol 3‘ comes on strong with ‚Oh Come Around‘. A modern tribal jam, punctuated by crisp percussion and edgy bass energy, this is one for the more twisted moments! 

Andrade is the promising french producer paving the way for younger artists on the label. His solid and deep-searchin‘ cut ‚I Need It‘ will rub you the right way as it pushes into tooly, made-for-the-DJ territories.

Hard working producer Salvatore Freda‘s ‚Discolindo‘ lights those midnight fires with a slow cooking and sexy house cut. 

Meanwhile Echonomist‘s excellent ‚Give And Receive (Revisited)‘ takes the best of deep vibing New York and Chicago house and brings it sensually into the 21st century with its classy production values.

Germany‘s Motorcitysoul drop the ‚soul‘ and transform themselves into ‚MotorcityACID‘ with ‚Bass En Provence‘. A mighty 303 bass line tweaks while ungodly synths warble on top of the madness.

Up and coming UK producer Owain K supplies a really haunting acid track complete with some really classy vintage percussion and a squelching lead line. Similarly, Vincenzo &amp; Tyson Balard feed our analog appetites with more soaring 303 action and a classic stomping new jack groove.

Leading hallucinators Kink &amp; Neville Watson really freak us out with ‚Sleepless‘ - a dark dirty and raving track that makes no compromises and sends us sky high with its multiple acid lines and driving drums.

Released on Double Cd, Double Vinyl and Digital formats, with over 20 tracks to choose from, 10 exclusive new productions, and a mix from the Poker Flat Sherrif himself Steve Bug, there‘s more than enough quality to choose from.

Newcomers Tom Taylor &amp; Gareth Whitehead contribute the first exclusive track with the bassline-odyssey of ‚Tired Of Being Wrong‘ - stirring up the heady classic vibes, and Alland Byallo‘s ‚One Of The Ones‘ pushing into rolling peak time territories.

Essen‘s badboys Ribn drop their new weapon in the shape of ‚Siam‘, a bass rolling dub-entwined masterpiece, which is followed closely by veteran proudcer Ian Pooley‘s techy ‚Indigo‘ - a reminder of his studio skills! In contrast young blood Nico Lahs does very well with ‚Peace Of Mine‘, a carefully executed cut of heavy soulful funk.

The compilation continues to elevate with a stampede of class acts, like Alex Flatner &amp; LOPAZZ with the ingenious ‚It‘s‘, or Allessio Mereu‘s ‚2 Points After You‘. Steve Bug returns with a brilliant set of killer reworks from his much-lauded 'Noir' album. 

'No Adjustments' features the vocal talents of Foremost Poets, and remains one of the standout moments on the label boss’s enigmatic long player. Where 'Noir' explored the themes of light and shade, it was always clear that 'No Adjustments' was one of the more straight up dance floor moments on there, and as such this release is definitely going to be thankfully received by DJs.

Steve Bug himself provides one growling, up-for-it rework  – a chunky floor wrecking tool that epitomises the sentiment of the vocal – drop it in and stand well back. 
Long time Poker Flat collaborator Alex Niggemann is also drawn towards the edgy, menacing vibe, constructing a sick groove that builds via a dirty, swirling synth bass and clattering hi hats. 

Arttu, the Portuguese producer making waves with his recent releases via Royal Oak / Clone, also puts his stamp on 'No Adjustments'.  Raw kicks, claps and hats fire this version along, the vocals cut up, treated and tweaked for maximum effect. The neurotic synths bubble away below the surface before breaking out spectacularly towards the track’s conclusion. A sure-fire ‘wtf?’ moment for ecstatic clubbers worldwide.  

Alessio Mereu also drops something a little special for digital customers. The Sardinian’s epic near-10 min exploration is a spacey, tripped out journey from start to finish.
