Making their debut on Purified Records, Underdave and Nyxma unveil their captivating ‘Silent Ascension’ EP. The release showcases their ability to craft deep, introspective house music, with two stunning tracks that blend emotive melodies and atmospheric soundscapes. 

The title track, ‘Silent Ascension’, is a reflective slice of deep melodic house, featuring a rapturous melody and stunning vocals that float effortlessly above the production, creating an ethereal, otherworldly atmosphere. The second track, ‘Innocent’, takes a slightly different direction, with catchy trill-like synth work that adds texture to its introspective journey. Also a vocal cut, ‘Innocent’ carries a soft, melancholic tone that complements its rich, melodic soundscape.

The ‘Silent Ascension’ EP artwork features a photograph of Humpback whales taken by Rachel Moore. Rachel is a professional underwater photographer and environmental advocate dedicated to capturing the wonders of marine life. With a special focus on the grace and intelligence of humpback whales, her storytelling inspires a deeper connection to the ocean and a commitment to its preservation.

Humpback whales play a vital role in the carbon cycle, each sequestering 33,000 kg of CO₂ over its lifetime — the equivalent of driving a gas-powered car 132,000 km.
