We have already had the pleasure of hosting South Zone's music on both of our VA compilations this year, and we are absolutely thrilled to finally be unveiling his label debut EP, 'Real Eyes'. This massive scene release features 3 transcendant original creations that explode with originality, boasts an immaculate production quality and is loaded with dance floor rocking grooves. This is apex-level progressive, psychedelic techno crossover music - in other words, pure Techgnosis sound! Quite the unique soundcast this week, with a vs set between two heavyweight names in the Aus festival scene. XAPHAN vs AZRIN. 

Matt Azrin's two aliases battle it out in a typical "techno vs psytrance" match. Matt's been at the forefront of the psychedelic scene for quite a few years now. A world renowned DJ who's performed on the big stage across the globe. Whilst featuring at some of Australia's biggest festivals such as Rainbow Serpent, Eclipse Festival, Strawberry Fields etc, He's also the label DJ for Zenon Records and Merkaba Music, blending his distinct style of psygressive, psychedelic trance, psychill and ofcourse, doof techno. 

This set is a 2 hour journey that starts of in Techno Ville before ending up in full on Zenon stomp. Untz levels are peaking, quite fitting for the day that we've just had as Victoria has just endured the biggest earthquake to date. 

Prepare to slap some walls about it.

This time, Kafka Temp invites you on a deep and twisted journey into psytechno—CUBEX-style. This exclusive set was recorded in the Biel/Bienne studio shared with Cubex’s production partner and close friend, Eric Schaich. Swiss-born Cubex discovered his passion for electronic music early on and began DJing at 17. His sound evolved through years of performing at local and national events, launching his own event series, and co-founding the Drum & Bass label Perkussiv Music.  In 2010, he stepped back from promoting to focus fully on production. The result? A distinctive fusion of energetic House and Techno with dark, hypnotic atmospheres inspired by Psytrance and Drum & Bass. He defines it as deep and twisted Psy-Techno.  With over 200 tracks released across more than 30 respected labels—including Zenon Records, AlpaKa Musik, Techgnosis, miniMahlzeit, Copycow, and Lethal Dose—Cubex continues to build international recognition, with bookings at festivals and gigs around the globe.
