So a couple things I'm tryin out:
Layering my drums and changing the sounds of them ever so slightly, reverb on snare, & compression on the drums themselves.
Was just playin around to see what happens. This could be either a draft or just the final product itself. Suggestions are welcomed, tell me what you think!

Horror Story (Test)

So I normally do old school, but I had a couple people tell me I should try this style, so I went for it. Beat isn't done yet, but thought I'd give a preview of the work. Tell me what you think.

Dirty South 1 (Preview)

Just happened to put something together. Found some breaks I've gotten from a download pack for Ableton. Drums sounded good, and added what I felt. Did wish to have some flashy guitar quick rifts samples that you'd probably hear from the Hispanic culture. I think it would've added something more to it, but this is what I have. Enjoy!

Yo,
I'm hip hop crazy. Boom bap flavor is what I'm diggin into.
I'm teaching myself how to create beats and enjoying it big time.
I switch between sampling, or using the instruments off of Ableton.
What got me motivated was the fact that I enjoy rapping and wanted beats for myself.
If ya got any advice to help me improve, I'm willing to listen.
