Smote returns to Offworld with a four-track EP full of character and depth.

The title track Still Live opens with crisp, driving drums, a deep reese bass, smooth Rhodes keys, and a memorable vocal.
Take Me featuring DASA follows - a piano-led, melancholic piece elevated by DASA's soulful, heartfelt vocal performance.
Next up, Pls Let Me Go is an introspective roller, rich in melody and atmosphere - ideal for reflective late-night listening.
Rounding off the release is the simply titled Song, a warm, rolling track laced with gentle piano and subtle jazz influences.

Look out for Smote's next appearance on Transmissions Volume 11, coming this September.

Following up from Exposure’s debut release on A R Records back in July, we’ve got 20 year-old Luke Nicholls aka Precision, with two hard hitting dancefloor tracks: Underground and D.O.S on the flip featuring the vocals of MC Jolla. 

The A-Side Underground showcases Precision’s flawless production skills with super tight, punchy drums and a deadly deep bassline that is guaranteed to do damage on any dancefloor. With a haunting pad and an old-school sounding vocal sample which features throughout, this has future classic status written all over it. 

The flip entitled D.O.S features MC Jolla on vocals. The intro is set with an epic atmosphere over the drums and Jolla’s vocal which fade in with politically astute lyrics: “Are we ready? Reach a triumph over oil giants- defiance over silence”. The drop smacks a heavy blow with brutal sub bass, while the intricate percussion and jungle breaks keeps things rolling.

Precision’s sound is true to his name.  Expect super clean mixdowns and unique hooks, something which resembles classic Quarantine tunes of old, but at the same time bringing forward new ideas, constantly innovating and keeping things well up to date.

Friction premieres Survival's 'The Sound', forthcoming on his 'Take It Back' Album.

In the midst of his recently accrued status as a ‘Masterchef’ finalist, long-standing Dispatch stalwart Survival returns to the label with a highly anticipated new solo album, ‘Take It Back’.

Inspired by working with Script on a Metalheadz album as ‘SCAR’ last summer, Survival went straight back into the studio, with a renewed hunger to focus on his own solo material.

‘Take It Back’ represents the first Survival album since his 2009 debut on Exit Records, re-engaging with his core sound and this sampler demonstrates both sides of his sound today.

Thirteen tracks make up the astutely arranged album, including a collaboration with label boss and close friend Ant TC1, plus vocal features from Codebreaker, Eleanor Higgins and two tunes with Naomi Pryor (having worked extensively as part of the SCAR / Orkyd project).

With a fresh outlook on his artform and exciting plans to link his music and his cooking, Survival takes things back to the source, rekindling with his most celebrated DnB moniker.
