The SyRan brothers made their debut on Ram Records towards the end of 2019. Their ‘Paradigm’ EP brought together three brand new tracks from a relatively unknown pair, proving Ram still stands as a springboard for the careers of many producers.

After the success of their cut ‘Big Rig’ which featured on sister-label Program’s anticipated 100th release, receiving support from the likes of Andy C and A.M.C, they deliver another record for Ram in the form of ‘Telepathy’. A growling, bass-heavy sub-shaker, with jungle rave-stabs and patches of melody, ‘Telepathy’ is another careful selection from SyRan. It highlights how, despite having very little background, they were offered the Ram platform.

The 28th release on MAC2 is a very important one, electronic music legend DJ Randall releases his first solo EP and rightly so, it lands on his own label- MAC2.

You cannot underestimate Randall's contribution to the development and indeed maintenance of UK electronic music from 1988 to the present day. This is a man whose DJing prowess separated him so far from the pack that a young Andy C would watch him religiously weekend in, weekend out and took Randall's 'double-impact' DJ style and would run with it. The rest is, of course, history. Randall quickly became a trusted DJ by some of the most important brands in electronic music, from pioneers like Reinforced to genre-leading lights such as Metalheadz, however, this is only half the story.

Fast fwd to 2020 and Randall has once again become a household name, he has now become a new generations favourite artist and his relentless (pre-COVID) touring schedule goes to prove that. In 2019 he debuted the Watch The Ride project alongside DJ Die and Dismantle, instantly having huge success with the debut single 'Original Format' with D Double E. All of the above brings us to 'Time 4 Da Switch EP', DJ Randall's debut 5 tracker.
