Here's another deep and dark cut from the first session of the year, recorded on 2nd January 2021, and using some wonderful piano soundscapes kindly provided by @anmoku. We also added some great industrial/glitchy drum loops from @fl-souto, while Gillie flew in some horrible guitars Si had recorded earlier to complete the unpleasantness.

Sound Friction

I tried to compose a track with a contrairy in instrumentation and sound. The soundrange is between harmonics with classic Instrumentation and progressive structures. In the beginning you can hear tthree rhythms at the same time. Sometimes it was really tricky to arrange the sounds in my "Soundroom" :-). But my focus was on creating a powerful, exciting environment - never boring - "Sound Friction" like :-)
