We have always been massive fans of Shirley Ellis, so this cover was a no brainer. Although we recorded it in 2001 under the name "Da Muttz", it wasn’t until subsequent mixes in 2003 that this track made it out onto vinyl to become one of our best selling EPs to date.

An all time favourite Hawk track, that we simply had to cover. We sent a copy to Sir Alan himself, which got his attention, and lead to the collaboration on "Triumph Stag".

Skeewiff - Theme From Dave Allen [Remaster]

We first did an edit of the original Quincy Jones Soul Bossanova to play at Nick Hollywood's "Club Montepulciano" club night. The reaction was so strong - we simply had to do a cover of our own. Definitely the largest production we had done back then, with a brass section, numerous vocalists and percussionists. 

This version is a completely brand new (analog) mix made from the original stems. The piano track (which was originally a plug in) has been replaced with a shiny new (real) Grand Piano. :D
