We recently listened the poetry Aziz Khoso, our friend Zulfiqar Fakir introduced his poetry to us and we composed very randomly one of his poetry “Adh Qalandar Chokri” it’s a very first version and we are posting it as test version to see how you folks comments on that. 

It’s a beautiful Sindhi poetry. 

Before this song we haven’t composed any such kind of poetry and we love experimental, this one is pure acoustic and processed in studio but performed live.

Translation in English 

You have your own borders,
Governed by your own laws.

Within you lived a country of mine, 
But you remained unaware of it.

All these butterflies took birth from you.
Oh mysterious feminine, tell me which one is your country?

The desert land looks illusory,
and trees look just like children,

The belly of this river is wide,
And you, just like a young neem tree.

You haven't yet sung any pond in your sweet laari (dialect)
Wonder when will my barren soil become fertile within you?

Over many dunes covered in thick sand leading to Kaasbo (a region in Tharparker),

You, me and this dense, dark night are all companions,
And look how the skies rumble for us.

Oh fellow traveler,

If you come as thirst, I will be the monsoon.
This haze will turn into my wedding skirt and I, the bride.

I am a small drop from your ocean of life and when you arrive, I will expand into the whole universe,
And if you don't arrive this time,
then I will become a burden for my own being. 

The breath of my life burns like sandalwood
and calls out to you through its fragrance.
Oh fellow traveler, our hearts are this very country, and this is where we will meet.

Our youth is just like the husk on trees and we will meet before it separates itself from its fruit.
