A very dark track. I've had the guitar riff for years and really never had a home for it until now. The synths and real instruments flow together nicely to create this awesome, very BIG sounding track.

These are songs from my previous band where I was one of the main songwriters. I played most of the instruments on these recordings. My friend and fellow member Derek Carpenter played keyboards, bass, and mandolin on these tunes. These were all written by me.  Unfortunately I couldn't put more songs on as they were written my Derek, or Derek and I together. Out of respect I just used my songs. These are great tunes from another time. Back in 2013-2017. The band was called "Clowncar". It was a Sci-Fi Rock Band and we wrote songs about that theme. We had lots of fun writing this material and playing it live. This is a collection of songs that I wrote for my band "Clowncar" from 2014-2016. My fellow bandmate Derek Carpenter played bass on most tracks and added backing vocals as well. These songs hold a warm place in my heart. This was a time when I was involved in something truly original and creative. Writing songs about what we loved "SCI-FI" and honestly not giving a shit if anyone liked it or not. We had tons of fun. I hope you enjoy these songs as well.

Stranger To Me

This is another collection of songs from the band "Clowncar" that I and my good friend Derek Carpenter created in the 2000's. We had songs about sci-fi themes, and all kinds of fun stuff. I can honestly say that this was some of the best and most creative music that I was a part of. The band has been on hiatus since around 2017. Derek and I are still talking about doing a third album. This is something that we are very, VERY proud of. No one sounded like us.

A song that I created to make you feel like there is so much distance to travel to get you where you need to be.

The Spaces Between

This song is quite a bit different than the material that I create most of the time. This was a song that I originally wrote back in 1997 after my grandfather passed away. He was from the mountains of Tennessee. I visit frequently to this day. He was a huge part of my life and my upbringing. He meant the world to me. Losing him at 20 years old was one of the hardest things that I have ever went through in my life. This song captures how I was feeling at the time and honestly still do. I hope you enjoy it.

A very cool song that I pulled out of my brain in the past few days. I kept adding layers until I thought that it was complete. A great song that mixes a lot of instruments.
