Hardwell's remix of 'Outside' is out now on Calvin Harris's Fly Eye Records exclusive to Beatport and will be available via iTunes March 16th.

HomiSquad is a hip hop group consisting of rappers DOT, VVS, O. Pressure and King Cajun. The group formed in late 2011 after DOT brought them together to make a joint mixtape. After several studio sessions, the collective agreed on the O. Pressure suggested “HomiSquad” moniker, derived from the consistent killer performances on their recordings. 

The members of HomiSquad all share a hip hop purist desire for hard tracks and hard rhymes to match but frequently show their ability to adapt to any style or genre. Each MC all has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the music industry. D.O.T. aka Tommy (Bronx, NY) released 2 mixtapes (The Real - 2010, Lost Tapes - 2011) and has been featured on several other mixtapes, recording tracks with artist such as Mysonne, Sadat X, McGruff, and Murda Mook. VVS aka Shine (Bronx, NY), who got his name from his flashy lifestyle and sharp wit. Like D.O.T, VVS is from the Bronx right up the block from where hip hop started, Cedar Park. O. Pressure (Buffalo/Brooklyn, NY) has perfected his craft while incarcerated and since released has featured on several mixtapes of his US Ent. cohorts. King Cajun aka Cage (Bronx/Brooklyn, NY) is a veteran battle rapper whom has been featured on 7 mixtapes, recorded tracks with Bronx artist such as Mysonne and Lord Tariq, and has also produced tracks for a bevy of artist including his HomiSquad brethren.

Their debut mixtape entitled “Carpe Diem” was released on March 31, 2012. The mixtape features production from King Cajun and features their US Ent. comrades Lyfe, Norm Bates, Ghetto Rev, GP, and the general Mysonne. All four men will be releasing solo mixtapes in 2012.
