The first guest of our Global Series is South African DJ/Producer MOJVKI. MOJVKI has become one of the most popular producers in the SoundCloud community, consistently dropping stellar tracks. He started 2022 with a huge accolade, hosting his very own Soulection takeover. We are looking forward in seeing what he has in stored for the rest of 2022.

He blessed us with a 30 minute mix, featuring tracks from @1981tokyo , @jvkinho_150bpm , and many of his own personal productions.

Folding Time is the second full length album from Machinedrum and Braille aka Sepalcure's for Scuba's Hotflush imprint. Fusions of footwork, dub, broken beat and futuristic pop all lay in wait, effortlessly fused together by intricate percussion and perfectly placed melodies.

The album, is comprised of a selection of brand new tracks and selection of revived tracks that have been brought out from the studio vaults. “Folding Time was an exercise in connecting the dots between our past and the present, ” the pair tell i-D, “it felt like we were connecting the present with the past. Going through each session was like digging through old memories.”
