Heavy Feet, Thin Ice (Single Release)

Los Angeles-based, Skunk Oil, is an Heavy Alt-Rock band born out of a sonic collision of the sounds of Queens of the Stone Age, Soundgarden and Black Sabbath.

Formed in Boston in 2017 by Dennis D’Angelo (Lead guitar), Caio Moskalkoff (drums) and former-member, Lucas Tadini (Tadini), the group’s first release came out in 2018 with the well-received single “Elephant's Paw”, followed by their debut EP, Skeletons in the Closet, which also featured the finish singer songwriter, Jaska Isola. 

With their latest release, the EP "Under Skinned" (March 25th 2022) the band showcases a more mature sound aesthetic and songwriting than their first EP, but continuing to bring heavy and groovy riffs that will surely take their listeners on a journey, through songs that explore the inner-self dualities and external conflicts of life. 

The band's latest singles “Godlike” and "Heavy Feet, Thin Ice", both followed by music videos produced by the band, were able to give the listeners an idea of where the road will lead to.
