Country and Tech House Remix of Carter Faith’s I Just Wanna Dance by pH10

I first heard this song last summer (2024) and absolutely loved it - the vocals, melody and so much more! Met Carter when she was the opener for a show at Webster Hall in New York City in November, and in the week leading up to the concert, I quickly made a housey edit of this song so it has a lot more groove and could be played at clubs and big electronic music venues (wanted to have something tangible to show her rather than to just be all talk). Felt like something was missing from the original edit, so over the past 3 months, I've slowly and steadily made a bunch of adjustments to the arrangement - redid the percussion, bass, sidechain, and enhanced the vocals so it pops out a lot more compared to the original. Wish I got it done sooner but work got a bit hectic (finance in NYC) but happy this is done now and hoping this edit becomes an official remix soon and a big bop on the dance floor!

Tech House & Country Pop Remix of Avery Anna’s Blonde, from her album Breakup over Breakfast

I heard Blonde from one of the recommended songs I got, after playing Vanilla (also by Avery) in the fall of 2024 and I absolutely loved it. My friends and I saw that Avery was performing in NYC later in December, so we all went to her concert on a Thursday evening after work at the Mercury Lounge! Set list was amazing, Blonde was played (which made my night) and so many other bangers as well. I went back home to Canada for the holidays the week after, and started playing around with the vocals for this song in Ableton Live, chopping it up for a bigger chorus drop, while also adding in the full set of percussion instrumental and writing in a fresh bass line with some synthesizers. After 3-4 long months of small but consistent edits, here we are with the remix of this track done! Hope y'all get a kick and a bump of energy out of this housey dance remix! Avery killed it at Stagecoach this year, maybe this gets played at a Stagecoach DJ set next year? Stay tuned
