One of the last nsfs I wrote using ppmck before finally switching to famitracker. I was really bad at being data efficient so inevitably I'd run out of bank space within a minute or so, resulting in short loops like this one.

this one's the main menu theme, I started out with the distorted drums you hear and an acid bassline I decided to drop later. BIG bassline, kept the same guitar chord in funk guitarist, and slapped in some WOAHHHH.
