Kon Faber ist ein elektronisches Live-Duo aus Berlin, bestehend aus den langjährigen Freunden Nils König und Benedict Faber. Ihre Produktionen bedienen sich vieler verschiedener Einflüsse, was ihre Livesets besonders abwechslungsreich und kurzlebig gestaltet. Von tiefgründigen Tracks mit Live-Vocals und frechen Elementen die zum Schmunzeln anregen beinhaltet ein typisches Kon Faber Set alles - ohne dabei den roten Faden ihrer organischen Sounds und groovy Beats zu verlieren. Als Sahnehäubchen gibt es dann noch ansteckende Tanz- und medizinisch fragwürdige Kopfnickeinlagen. After a nice summer break we're back with our latest release. Greg Ochman keeps on producing astonishing records and 'Hili' is again taking our breaths away. With lush subtle sounds that breath warmth and love the English craftsman create a timeless organic house track. Add to the the catchy piano melody and special arp sounds and we have a record that will stand the test of time and will be played on many festivals to come. On remix duties we have three guys that each give their own interpretation to the original. Argentina based Valdovinos never sees to amaze and adds his recognizable organic sound, Tekniq from South Africa adds wonderful rhythms and gives extra attention to the piano and last but not least we have Germany based Skydrips who slows it down a bit and adds a tropical vibe to close off this release in the best way possible

He brings to us a melodic house and techno EP called Electric Love full of power and high energy. 

The original mix starts very atmospherically with pads and a powerful synth opening, progressing forward and slowly weaving in the beat and driving bassline. Fantastic piano lines are crafted in, to accentuate thee powerful and huge synth work. A beautiful dreamscape of a track for your peak time melodic techno set. Electric Love is here to take you to another world. 

For this EP another amazing artist 'Lehar' from Italy with releases on Watergate Records, Sincopat, Renaissance, Afterlife Records and many more, made a beautiful interpretation of 'Amir Telem's track'. 

'Lehar's style is very unique! Setting with his music an incredible synergy between musical dreamscapes and progression in this track. Amazing drive and atmosphere that keeps you moving and puts you in another dimension. Thanks a million for this amazing work.

Skydrips - That blurry line between ocean and sky.
 
Growing up on the german coast, he always remembers the dip of the horizon while looking at the ocean. Skydrips captures adventures in nature which are the base for each of his tracks. Analogue synthesizers and digital effects are built on top until his signature trance sound comes alive.

Inspired by the free techno festivals in Mecklenburg where he observed how people got lost in the music led Skydrips to create music himself. Now he also wants to curate moments in which the audience might forget about the world.

Skydrips is an eternal dreamer living between the city of Berlin and its close-by nature. He can be found in his studio for days but also out in the plain nature doing nothing for the same amount of time.

These days everything is focused on creating music and performing it live.  Combining edits of his own tracks with spontaneous moments that can only be heard once. Meanwhile uncountable pieces of gear passes Skydrips hands, so there is constant change and alteration in his music that can be heard throughout the releases. 
 
The duality of this scenario resonates in each of his lovingly crafted dance tracks. You will always find a robotic groove paired with a light hearted trance theme contrasting as much as possible with each other.
The challenges of this twist might be heard in Skydrips tracks. That is why he believes in the energy that is being transmitted with his Music.
