Touch and Go

Ambient, cacophonies, dub, fluffy melodies and tech/house DJ. 

Nomadic and sporadic, a depressing little ray of sunshine, moving where survival permits. Skye Pollock (no credentials, and flying by the seat of her pants), an openly flawed woman trying her best. Born in Jo’burg, Capetonian at heart (mostly a side effect of having grown up there). 

Ex - exotic dancer, and then an entertainer at a rehab/frail care facility. “Skyetjie” works on her art, pot-plants and DJ's in between a seemingly perpetual job-hunt in the aftermath of Covid-19, hoping for her ship to come in someday (metaphorically… She doesn’t actually own a ship).

Her first stint in Helderberg and Stellenbosch, Western Cape saw her secure two weekly residencies, four times a week. 

Currently residing in Pretoria.
