This is the Time Attack Menu track of a Sonic CD remake I have been working on with Axanery and Cyber1204.

I originally intended to make this as a cover of the Time Attack Menu used on the mobile port, but since I went for a different style, I ended up doing a medley of all the memorable Zone motifs from CD! I sacrificied a more cohesive structure for it, but I'm super proud of it.
The actual version used ingame will have the intro shortened for obvious reasons lol.

Float Islands is a track from Kirby's Dreamland which shows up in many other games but NOT in Kirby 64. It's instead replaced by a similar track titled Aqua Star. I made this arrangement to show how Float Islands might sound if it somehow made it into Kirby 64, and I think it turned out sounding pretty nice. Enjoy!

About the track. First of all, ACT 2 because It's clearly the superior track of the three of them. As per usual, was so very painfully to work with. The drumsets giving me the most issues in general. Also I worked very hard on getting the instruments to sound very close to the original (besides the drums).
I wanted to follow a similar formula to CPZ, of trying to add new stuff and being creative despite being fundamentally very faithful to the original. And although this time this track has a stronger fundation and instrumentation than CPZ for being on the GBA, I still tried to add stuff and play with it (specially the latter parts).
