Jalal Ramdani, Team Distant, and Mr Silk team up once again to release another EP titled “Sake” on the distinguished Deep Root Tribe record label. In the fall of 2020, the guys made the hugely successful track SESA which was their first collaboration and they straight away went onto a second project which is SAKE. 

Jalal proposed to team up again to combine the drum skills of Team Distant, his energetic and folkloric touch, the musical ear of Silk, and of course the undeniable African talent of Stevo Atambire who provided the vocal and the guitar. The guys made it in early 2021 mid-pandemic while locked up in the studio, to come up with this pure roots track. 

Jalal asked his protégée Adjuma to remix (as he did with Sesa, when he only had 1 track released at the time) and also Chaleee to portray his dramatic afro style. Both came up with different and interesting styles, constituting an infectious EP.

Liquid Soul's 'Crazy People' has become one of most iconic psychedelic trance tracks. After meeting each other at Boom Festival in Portugal, Victor Ruiz asked Nicola Capobianco (aka Liquid Soul) to remix this iconic track.

Once the remix was done, Victor sent it back to Nico that really loved it and they both decided to release it on Ruiz’s own imprint VOLTA. The remix has been played on the biggest stages in the world so far like Tomorrowland, Time Warp, Awakenings, Ultra Music Festival to name a few and has gotten support from legends of the electronic music such as Adam Beyer, ANNA, Sama’ Abdulhadi, Vintage Culture, Bart Skils and Victor himself.
