Disco Killerz - We met Aiden Jude about 2 years ago for the first time at a friends studio in Chelsea, where he was putting some of his own vocals on a bounce track.  We crossed paths again about 6-8 months ago, having been re-introduced through a mutual friend who works in radio who thought we would all vibe and told us about Crowd Records.  When we got together again, we were impressed with his commitment and DJ skills, and we all thought it could be cool to work on something together in the future. He was just wrapping up his release with Vassy last year and we had also just worked on a remix for her collab with Steve Powers on “Two Hearts”, so it seemed like synchronicity.

As it turns out, we ended up releasing Stellar, our second collaboration with Liquid Todd and featuring the amazing vocals of Jimmy Gnecco through Crowd Records. That track is doing phenomenal and Morgan Page’s remix is now on rotation on SiriusXM BPM, which we are all super excited about.  Aiden did a pretty killer remix for Stellar as well as Dzeko & Torres, Tydi, Steve Powers, and Heather M.  xKito and Nik have been running the track on their channels as well and we’ve gotten some awesome support across the board including a Tiesto Club Life radio, and a Dancing Astronaut feature.

When Aiden finished Higher, he hit us up to remix it.  We loved the track and of course, Melissa Ramsay’s vocals are so lush, so we said "your on dude". 

Ironically, his work taken a more serious and intense approach then when we first heard what he was working on, so we thought we would balance out the original with something thats fun and funky, while still incorporating some of the original elements and our overall pop sensibility.
