Another track from back in the day, a remix I did for Vanessa Mae on her album "Storm". Isla Culebra is the island in Puerto Rico that I went to right after finishing this remix.

Recorded on a Tascam 4-track using cassette tapes, way before the days of auto-tune. This track, though rough, always bring back vivid memories of a particular place and time, upstairs of the PSK, in the studio with Tom searching for quiet while a club dinner carried on downstairs.

Recorded in one take in a closet of an apartment in the Lower East Side circa 2001, with the day slowly breaking beyond the curtains. Everything came so spontaneously that it was like the music making itself. Only a handful of people know what this song is about. To this date it remains one of my favorite tracks to play when I need to retreat deep into my own inner space.

On the eve of the Wings for Life World Run, here's the "International Dub" version of the theme song I produced for the event. I mixed 20 world languages into this track, all saying the word "RUN" In order of appearance, they are:
English, Slovak, French, Portuguese, Georgian, Korean, Ukranian, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Irish, Mandarin Chinese, Czech, Punjabi, German, Swedish, Kazakh, Turkish, Azeri, and Norwegian. I challenge you to find them all!

之前，我請主辦單位RedBull先請全球的辦事處以當地的語言錄「跑」這個字，綜合了20幾國的語言，編製到這首曲子裡，響應這個活動的全球性質。
按照在曲子中出現的順序，這些語言分別為：英語、斯洛伐克語、法語、葡萄牙語、喬治亞語、韓語、烏克蘭語、意大利語、荷蘭語、俄語、愛爾蘭語、中文、捷克語、旁遮普語 (印度語之一)、德語、瑞典語、土耳其語、哈薩克語、亞賽拜然語、和挪威語。
當初想應該蠻酷的，但後來發現給自己找了個大難題！因為要把每個語言融入曲子，必須加上很多不同的效果才不會顯得制式或突兀。
