Yleinen argumentti kapitalismia vastaan on, että kapitalismi perustuu jatkuvaan kasvuun, mikä ei ole mahdollista rajallisessa järjestelmässä. 
Suomen kansantuote ei ole nyt suurempi kuin vuonna 2008, mutta talousjärjestelmä ei ole muuttunut mihinkään. Täällä on edelleen kapitalismi.  Tietysti vuoden 2008 jälkeen on ollut useampia kasvun vuosia kuin laskun vuosia. Oletetaan että talouskasvu tulee vielä takaisin. Mutta entä jos ei oletettaisi, muuttaisiko se mitään? Olisiko todellista vaihtoehtoa käyttäytyä jotenkin toisin, vaikka kasvun palautumiseen ei enää uskottaisi?

Onko talouskasvu hidastunut pysyvästi?

From an over night recording with a blizzard (with gale force gusts) inside a fisherman's hut in the midnight by Makholma shore. In the first minute there's Whooper Swans shouting far in the background. Next day   most of them was gone. In the morning the microphones where covered with snow, as there was some gap under the roof.

My name is Andy Lewis and I am a professional slackliner. You can see some of my videos online at www.YouTube.com/MrSlackline. You may have seen me on the Super Bowl Half Time Show 2012, with Madonna.  I also am an avid base jumper and aspiring rock climber. One of my other hobbies is music.  I love to play guitar, writing songs, rap and sing.   I love playing live, with no mic, no speakers, and usually you'll hear me playing around a campfire. But only a certain few have seen me rocking live on stage. 
         I've been learning how to play guitar with friends since 2004, and writing songs since just about the same time.  This was pretty much exactly when i started to learn how to slackline. George Upton taught me not only how to slackline, but also how to play guitar.  So its not crazy to think that my music life and my slacklife followed each other.  That's why i have a handful of songs about the slacklife.
        I started recording my songs in 2005, but i never thought of releasing them to the public.  My friend Andrew Tysinger was the first to record me and mostly it was for us to have something to do with our new hobby of smoking weed.  We would smoke, jam, and record for fun.  It was really one of the most enjoyable weekend hobbies for us in our early college daze.  
         Slowly as life pulled us all in different directions I had to figure out a way to record myself.  I ended up buying an amp, a mic, a computer and started diddiling around with garage band.  I am still no good at recording, but i am getting better slowly.   Once i get actual experience with professional recording i am sure that my songs will all start to sound better.  BUt, for now, what you got is what you get ;)  I apologize to all the avid professional musicians who can't stand the low recording quality.   sorry!~ 
         Anyway, i will continue to write songs and sing as long as I can.   I love life, I love it's crazy experiences, I love the people around me, and most of my songs are about just that.   Thank you to all the people who helped me get to this place, including but not limited to: George Upton, Andrew Tysinger, Ben Kramarz, Metal Matt Sticker, Sean Mckenzie, and Sean Shay. I will continually upload more stuff to the cloud and it will always remain free...
