After having blowing each other’s minds for years with their hard-earned audio finds, Andrew Weatherall and Sean Johnston decided to organize their own club night in 2010 in order to give their sound an outlet. On July 26th both gentlemen came to Trouw together for the first time and gave us an amazing set filled with primitive house, post-punk, dub, krautrock, disco and new beat. We've isolated a couple of hours of this all night long set by the wonderful music connaisseurs for this twelfth edition of the Trouw Live Podcast Series!

Welcome to the bullshit box of the valiant folks at Carpaccio Cathédrale. The Strasbourg based art collective will be releasing their long-awaited and latest collection of beach and car hits on Sunday May 19. On the blanket, we're happy to highlight the Strasbourg-based ensemble's Récréation. As they like to say, Récréation is “5 soccer balls, 3 toothpicks, 4 shurikens and a club”. Ah yes, look at the title to see the name of the original.
