Introducing my latest EP... “Party Time”! It’s been far too long since I put out some new music so I’m super excited to share this with you all! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it.

We hear you! How the double deuce has everyone’s favourite sex panther had the time to create such a nut crunchingly stunning EP whilst he’s non-stop trail blazing his way through some of the UK & Candada’s finest festivals? Some say he used the internet. Believers say the music flew out of the decks, hit the dance-floor, was osmosed into crowds of adoring dancers who sweated it into the ground, the cows chewed it up and pumped rainbows of happy methane into the atmosphere which rained laser skittles into a Father Funk funnel we’ve had erected on the roof of Scour HQ - whereby our oompa lumpas froze it and sailed it to the studio through the tunnel of love and chocolate sauce sea. Or it was the internet?

Either way - It rocks funkin’ hard and we’re close-to-tears honoured to share it with you all.

P.S. I’ve noticed by default Juno Download chooses the bitrate as 192kbps for your download - this makes it about £1 cheaper but trust me - make sure you get it at at least 320kbps or it will sound wack!

We had five sharp looking athletes and made them go to the gym, do the working out ever harder than before... The result is yours to hear - we are ready for the games:

Our torchbearer, Rory Hoy from the UK, participates even in two figures, introducing properly both sides of the golden ages of the music era called Big Beat. Nonetheless serious champion, our long-time runner, Pray For Bass from Spain, qualifies himself as a happy and easy-flow winner with his comfortable, yet energetic breaks remix. The heavy-weight wrestler, Groove Mind from Italy, also plays with us in the team this time, laying down glitchy barriers of bass-heavy party breaks packed with sporty guitar licks and jumpy organ riffs. The guys from Lack Jemmon representing the Eastern-block in the posse, bringing in some attitude to balanced uplifting beats accompanied with breezy funky flow, hence having a fat bass-line. Uniting the group together, we’ve the mighty veterans from the USA, All Good Funk Alliance to make sure each side of the funk-music is covered - thus, the release is read for the games...

Nipponeer Records being based in Tokyo, Japan; was founded by Hiroshi Fukuma in 2003. This is the 13th release of the label, while the first EP came out in 2009 - aiming to reach a place of solely ageless and quality music, where time has got no dimension.

“It’s on like that!” Projected from Mark Curry’s vocal cords during 2001’s rap hit “Bad Boys for Life.” Well…. Scoot along Sean Combs. @crashparty are wielding their sampling sticks, have borrowed Mark’s one liner under a new guise “Paul Spicy” (for copyright reasons obviously) and are moving into the neighbourhood to throw their own barn dance! Find them in Grandpas wheelchair at the deep end of the swimming pool, high on Aloe Vera cooking up synthesiser sounds that’ll make Black Rob shriek Whoa indeed!

Kicking off the Shindig is the title track “It’s on Like That.” You can expect the standard shenanigans from the boys as they bring rumblings and growls from Ableton perfectly alongside guitar licks, drum fills, heavy kicks, snares and bass. This track is an absolute belter.

Keeping to their signature sound, they bring Natty Speaks along for the ride on “What You Come to Do?” Well, it looks that they came to Bruck up the party! CP & @nattydefcon tempt you in with a more relaxed vibe, but once they have you in their clutches, they crank it to 200 guaranteeing a mosh pit wherever this is played. This is a solid Collab with the perfect vocal content from Natty.

Up next… “Funk It Up” Doing what’s scribbled on the can! This 120-bpm gem is brimming over with funky guitar’s, fresh horns and a delicious bass line that transforms into some tasty growls while remaining an accessible party joint to all listeners.

Slamming hard on the tail of this EP is the remix competition winner @swiminc This gentleman stepped up to the challenge of remixing “Funk It Up” and surfaced from his den victorious with this Fresh to Def take on CP’s original. Darkening it up a bit with some serious Synth action while paying homage to the OG, this is how a remix should be handled.
