Slam Funk is a Sydney based collective of contemporary musicians playing soul, funk, RnB, pop and rock covers. The band plays primarily as an acoustic duo but has the flexibility to play as a trio or four piece. 

About the band:

Amy Cordle (vocals) - Amy has twenty years of performance experience having performed extensively in jazz, soul, pop and rock cover bands both in the UK and Australia. Amy has a ton of performance experience from her time as front woman of Melbourne cover band The Lounge Detectives. She brings a massive voice and captivating stage presence to any performance. 

Daniel Leung (guitar) - Daniel has been playing acoustic and electric guitar for over 15 years. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Music (majoring in Contemporary Performance) under some of Sydney’s finest musicians at the Australian Institute of Music. He is a dedicated guitarist and seasoned performer who has held residences at The Abbotts Hotel, The Foxhole Bar, The Longueville Sporting Club, The Waverton Bowling Club and The Retro Hotel.
