The first thing I did after buying an OP-1 from SMK. I wanted some vocals and came across "Frej från SMK på Hultsfredsfestivalen 2003" on youtube.

A post-process compressor & EQ wouldn't have hurt since I had problems finding a nice OP-1 master drive + EQ setting that didn't cause clipping on some parts. I'm not really a purist, I just think Ableton is too powerful and would remove the limitations that make the OP-1 what it is.

Sorry about that off kick around 0:50. It was a super shaky ride home yesterday so it was by far the best take. When I noticed it this morning, my buffer was already gone. I suppose I could fix it but might as well make a new track. :)

Most samples come from The Mod Archive - Waveworld, additional guitar samples by Ricky Mehra.
Schism Tracker was used for composing the songs, then exported to Ableton Live for EQ & compression before being exported and downsampled to fit the hardware requirements.
