Slava Flash has over 10 years of diverse experience as music-maker and sound producer. He started as a DJ in the 90's at a popular night club in Kharkov, Viacheslav went from junior artist through local radio DJ, sound engineer on local TV, up to his own sound production gig with an artist by the name of Slava Flash. In 2005, Viacheslav moved to Kiev and started working with young ambitious company - Virus Music Ukraine (at present it is one of biggest event providers in Eastern Europe, it was a music label at that time). Their first hit single #Null Godin (Virus Music) was presented in a big Kiev’s nightclub and it immediately got into the Kiss FM (UA) chart. Right after that, in 2006, their first dance album #Ukraine was published. In 2007, the first single on vinyl #Nu Tech (Baroque Records) was issued. 
His musical taste, technical background, modern mindset, and knowledge of both business and technology has been successfully applied in all subsequent releases, and in his own projects with other artists such us #Openair feat Spartaque (Songbird), #One Kiss feat Headache (Armada), #Her Jogging feat Alena Lvova (Sutil Records), #A State of Global (Beatfreak Records) became world-famous. 
Apart from regular production and new music Viacheslav has taken a proactive part in sound design and commercials for brands and commercial organizations such as #LENOVO (UA), #BUD (UA), #PYRAMIDA. The approach and experience that he uses in his work today allows him to design and implement sound production of varying complexity and scale. 
His main task is to optimize the production of the high-quality sound, to please the client in case of ghost production #Transylvania Damn Fun. 
The desired position would include a management role, hands-on development, technical expertise, musical education, leadership, keeping team motivated, a creative approach to solve complex problems, third-party partners and business stakeholders, production setup, project status reporting and delivery of a cost-effective services for partners or end sound production.
