In the run up to our biggest party yet, 'Let the People In!' which takes place on Saturday 29th April at The Yard. A 12 hour outdoors mega party from 1pm - 1am, headlined by Roman Flugel & Sean Johnston, supported by Supernature, What She Said, Rinny, and the Sticky Heat residents Muddy Feet, Massey & Marco Giannini - we'll be showcasing a weekly guestmix in the run up to the party, from the DJs performing on the day.

700 episodes?!  Christ, I can hardly believe it. I started this podcast as we were launching DjHistory.com as a more commercial entity back in October 2009 and here I am nearly 15 years later, still doing it. Anyhow, to commemorate, I've done a bumper two and a half hour edition, with a mixture of the usual brand new releases and reissues, but I've thrown in a few extras, current club faves, a few tracks I've given out as the Patreon download offer (for more details, go to patreon.com/billbrewster) and a couple of unreleased bangers. I'm making this available to the general public on Soundcloud for a fortnight in the hope I may tempt some to subscribe, then it will be back to the select few on Patreon and Mixcloud. SAFT10 is a boogie infused record by Grodno Based producer  ́Four Walls  ́. Seemingly effortless the Belorussian newcomer to the SAFT family knits up an ecstatic wash of synths, pads and modish drum patterns.
The opening track  ́Limits ́ takes one into orbit with it ́s psychedelic synth sequences and moody rhodes. The track begins to ride half way which caters for an euphoric vibe in any setting, club and at home.
The A side follow up continues in a more positive fashion on Electronic Side. Bright rhodes are alternating with sublime synth sounds and advanced drum programming. SAFT Regular  ́Paula King ́ joins  ́Four Walls ́ on the summertime hymne, ́Time To Shine  ́. This is a true house track with positive vibrations, reminiscent of some early 2000 Garage anthems.
Chicagan of Rush Hour fame  ́Vincent Floyd ́ twists things round on the B2. His rework for  ́Time To Shine ́ revolves around characteristics but lush synth work that tempers the euphoric mood of the original and gives it some bite.
