W stimulation

In February 2021, I was commissioned to record sounds in the palace of Versailles, while it was still closed to the public due to the pandemic. We started recording at night : sounds of footsteps, creaking walls, clocks, objects, resonances, etc.

Around midnight, we went into the royal chapel to record the organ. It was the first time I had the opportunity to play on a real church organ, and after a few tests we decided to record an improvisation.
