Besides the most obvious one (Funky Technician that is), my favorite Finesse moment is founding of D.I.T.C. The Funky Man is responsible for creating one of the greatest crews in the history of hip-hop. Their influence on the genre is undeniable. You can see their touch everywhere - mainstream or underground, old & new. Finesse will always be appreciated for bringing all that talent together.

The FBI have issued a statement saying they believe Lord Finesse aka "The Underboss" is looking to 'put out hits' on all suckers in the recording industry in 2013. While most information pertaining to the case is confidential at the moment, it is safe to assume the agents were tipped off to due to the sinister, hard hitting sound of this and other recently released remixes. Underworld experts also cite Lord Finesse's partner in crime/Consigliere Richard "Spice" Smith as well as the 2010 emergence of his Brooklyn, NY organization known as "SOS" as major influences.

"Rep For The Slums" is a bonafide underground classic and was Milano's D.I.T.C. debut behind Ahmed's monster beat. There was no way we weren't going to give this a 45 press, but to keep things fresh (and unique) we dug in the digital crates and restored the previously unreleased "My Niggaz", once again produced by Ahmed. This track not only compliments the A Side...it pushes it!

This project is 20 years in the making for Milano as it includes his previously unreleased D.I.T.C. produced album, The Believers, from 1999, his original demos under the name of Ambush and more tracks, produced out on the west coast with the legendary, T-Ray. Once you hear these tracks...you know this is an instant classic!

We've painstakingly put together and restored a total of 30 tracks, across a x2LP, x2CD and 45 Re-issue and Bonus Single. The Believers x2LP and Deluxe Edition Double Disc CD are both finished to the highest degree with heavy vinyl, gatefold jackets and gold foil trimming...we've gone all out. DON'T SLEEP!
