This Bom Shanka episode features ACT ONE's showcase of his fresh 2022 set! Some new music yet to be released, some known from his album and elsewhere. Act One is the solo project of Jack Allsopp. Hailing from the UK, he studied music since the age of 5 and quickly it became his life’s passion. His first introduction was through the UK drum and bass scene which he eagerly became involved with. He taught himself how to produce and soon got releases on many labels and tracks played by some of the biggest DJs on the scene before he was 18. In 2011 he discovered psytrance at the legendary Glade festival and never looked back. After producing, gigging internationally and releasing psytrance for many years he released his debut full length album on Digital Shaman records which gained support all over the globe. After his CD dropped, and having spent six years working with Digital Shamans, he decided it was time to move on. After a brief hiatus he is super happy and excited to be back ready to shake some speakers with his good mates at Bom Shanka Music.

After years of producing music with our close group of friends, developing a style that was not fitting in the current trends of the scene, finding a record label was a hard job for us, so we came to the idea to open our own and bring that sound to the world.
Forestdelic records was born from the idea in Ljubljana Slovenia year 2013. April 13th we released the very first Various artists compilation named "The Wicked Gail's Trail". Definitely, a piece that marked the Forestdelic sound into the psytrance culture. Going from month to month, 10 years passed and we are still continuing our work, currently, 15 artists and 9 Djs, 82 releases, from EPs, and albums to VAs, and nineteen of them were printed on a Cd.
From party to party and festival to festival, your positive feedback is telling us that Forestdelic Records has become a big part of the global Psytrance scene, spreading good vibes and funky psychedelic grooves.

Sangoma Records presents the long-awaited, full-length debut album by Cyk from Brazil, who is also an integral part of the project Alchemy Circle releasing their smashing debut album with Sangoma back in 2019. For this album, Cyk drew inspiration from ancient tales and rituals that he encountered, infusing them with his distinctive take on the psytrance sound. The tracks comprise elements like traditional instruments, tribal rhythms, and enchanting melodies, creating a sonic landscape that immerses listeners in the essence of traditional knowledge and spirituality. As above so below, Noein & Friends assume the role of travel agents, some kind of uncannily twisted sicK mundus planting immersive aural seeds in your mind garden.
Deep inside the Metrix, experimentation reigns supreme; Structural dichotomies formed through exuberant Terranoises, dark Ataroxia, melodic dissonance, timbral permutations and vicious tranquility.
The result, an intransigently psychedelic medley of four reverie-inducing, dance floor-ripping compositions at an energy of 13 TranceElectronVolts (TeV) per beat that will set your baryons resonating.

Slide/Loom is a known Italian Psytrance producer that plays around the world such as America, SouthAfrica, Europe, India, Australia, Asia... and festivals like Universo Paralello, Boom, Modem, Ozora, Hadra (and many more). He also teaches guitar, music theory and psytrance in his studio with some funky/jazz/blues influences, which is what makes his music unique and particular.
