Made an epic/cinematic/Netflix show type song today. This is probably the most developed of the Jamuary demos. It’s quite full and dramatic, one of those songs you expect to play during some triumphant beautiful scene with the sun setting over the ocean… Potential to be the closing track of an EP or album one day.(These are rough, unfinished, unpolished musical moments, some will eventually become full songs.) 🎧

I'm a big fan of using Ableton's Echo device for reverb, modulation, slowly decaying delays, and just plain crushing things with distortion. This song showcases all of that.

At The End of The City and The Beginning of The Infinite

Chill vibes on… This jam was so refreshing to make. Gotta thank www.instagram.com/ryanoelifino for sending me this insane drum loop that fully inspired the idea. Catching a vibe is what takes the most effort for me, but once it’s on, I can just ride it for hours. And these drums allowed me to hop on and flow right away. Wish I’d done a bit more mixing but got so carried away composing and vibing...(These are rough, unfinished, unpolished musical moments, some will eventually become full songs.) 🎧

I wrote this song for the Kia creator contest using the Forest sound and Rush Bass. This song basically is about how polarized and volatile we are as a society through social media and political unrest etc etc. If we could just get back to simple nature and leave all that stuff behind who could we be?

Ghost of the Light

This track started with a guitar riff played over and over again. It travelled across time zones and continents. It starts on the bright side, then wanders into the unknown territories. There is some light breaking in, in the middle - same as in the picture, and then it ends, with a kick.
