strangest sound I've ever heard, but seems kind of low quality(?) is it an intended effect? if so bravo

I Don't Want Love was a beat I left to the side for months before finally writing. I wasn't sure how to go about it, then the story just came to me.

Gordon McInnes is from Glasgow and has lived there all of his life. He has been writing and producing music for the past 26 years. Gordon comes from a musical background. His late father was an ardent home producer in his spare time, writing and producing music in the style of New Age and ‘Gregorian Chants’ and has strongly influenced Gordon in his appreciation for the New Age Genre, Enya, Deep Forrest, Enigma. Gordon’s music has been heavily influenced by well known Trance acts such as 'Chicane' ‘Solar Stone’, ‘Blank and Jones’, ‘4-Strings’, ‘Space Brothers’ and ‘Rank 1’ all of which have influenced Gordon’s Trance projects whereby he goes by the alias ‘Goldengate’ which he started as a Trance project back in 2002.

Title from an odd Twitter conversation i happened to be drawn into.

The concept actually dates prior to 6/14/2024, you can find clusters of talk on X from October of 2023 and then supposedly its a 4chan greentext too from before that (like a lot of cool urban legend concepts)

In the continuing tradition of Contains: Squirrel and some other weirdness prior to that and since that, comes another let's-take-a-risk multi-layer electronica piece.
