For this 207th Premiere of 2021, we have the "Pablo Splice Fan Boy Revision" of the track by French electronic music producer, now based in Tokyo, Japan "Fleck E.S.C." (aka Franck Collin) titled ‘That's It’ from his forthcoming EP "Responsible Grown Up Remixes" on the Canadian Label operated by Pete Grove : Woodwork Recordings.

Fleck E.S.C. – Responsible Grown Up Remixes [Woodwork Recordings - WOOD092]

This set of remixes provides an intriguing companion to Fleck E.S.C.'s 'Responsible Grown Up' EP,
released on Woodwork in May. The four inventive producers enlisted for this project went to task recontextualizing the original parts, each crafting a personal shout out the original EP.

ADJ's powerhouse take on 'Substitute Placebo' enhances the bubbling, freakish qualities of the track
while adding some signature muscle and swagger and a subtle dark rave essence.

Kim Cosmik ups the ante with a tidy smackdown version of 'Grassland'. Kim's version brings a hefty
sub and a bouncy break into the arrangement while the main parts remain intact but slanted with a
cracking new style and urgency.

UnSonore, a childhood friend and close acquaintance of Fleck E.S.C., stretches boldly into the outfit
of 'Responsible Grown Up'. A wandering abstract progression slowly twists into a retro synth pop jam
sounding a lot like it could be an instrumental of Duran Duran or Tubeway Army.

Pablo Splice then sticks the landing with a dizzying spin on 'That's It', blending melodic phrases of the
original version into a droning, disoriented tech-noir tribute.

Meanwhile Siauliai club “Space Bar” resident Bask makes his first creative appearance and gets involved in shaping “Unrevealed Species” and “Main Goal”. The EP Is spiced up with the “Main Goal” interpretation by Georgian producer 666uba and Leipziger Dj Detox, who is known by his releases on BroknToys, Uncanny Valley, Mechatronica, R.A.N.D. Onyr is the electronic music project of London-based drummer and producer Dave Storey. After making his debut in 2025 with releases on Sweden’s AEDI Records and BEAM Records, he now unveils his first full EP, Hydrus, released on the French label 909 Connection.

Drawing on his deep rhythmic sensibility and expansive musical background, his productions blend an eclectic mix of organic textures, psychedelia, and deep techno into a distinctly polyrhythmic and hypnotic sound. The result is an immersive sonic world that bridges the acoustic and electronic, built on carefully crafted grooves, euphoric atmospheres, and a drive to explore different states of consciousness.

To complete the EP, STUPR made a tribal and dubby interpretation of Rainmaker, and R.2614 remixed Swirl, adding his unique occult touch to the release.

Hydrus introduces Onyr as an artist with a clear and compelling sonic identity.
