Slimfit is an Amsterdam sweetheart and a multidisciplinary artist with Chinese, Surinamese, and Dutch roots. Known for energetic sets, they skillfully weave various sounds into a seamlessly blended stream. From rhythmic hard drum to emotional techno and hardcore, post-club and GQOM to Neo Perreo and Kuduro, their sets transcend cultural boundaries, challenging colonial borders and nations. Consistently encouraging the crowd to move, Slimfit serves as an antidote to any static ways of being.

Their practice is focused on deejaying, artistic+ philosophical research, sonic performance and (moving) digital imagery and performance-art. In their deejay-sets they seam differing genres together into a collage of resonating and energetic sounds.
