This track pays homage to a fallen idol of mine. To accommodate this person's uniqueness, I decided to use Samurai metaphors and descriptions. The subject in question, was/is a man of battle, resilience and survival, so it is only right he be remembered in such a fashion.

Set in a post-apocalyptic future where wack emceeing and wack beat making are plaguing the few remaining inhabitants of Earth. Scientists are close to discovering a cure for the plague that is sweeping the country. Venomous Mic Technicians are Emcees who lead a group known as the V.I.P.E.R Squad to gain information needed for the cure, along the way attempting to crush the pop artists.

The Fault In Our Stars

Born in Hamilton to parents of Maori ancestry, Vinnie is a goon. Before he joined the V.I.P.E.R Squad (V.S.), he was studying to become a Venomous Mic Technician (V.M.T) because he was unable to forgive those who did wack music. During his time, he graduated from Basic Training, and became a member of both V.M.T and The Villains. 

Immediately following that, he went through Rap Reconnaissance, Force Lyric Reconnaissance, and Microphone Sniper Schools. Attaining dockets, he was permitted to go through Villains House Of Blades Schooling, and Villains Navy Underwater Demolition Team training, becoming qualified as a Villains member. He served in the War on wack rhymes in this special force unit as a point man (goon in the street). For villainy in the line of duty, he was decorated with numerous medals, including the purple vein.

Shortly after a tour with the Villains, he attended a so called Hip Hop show when he witnessed a showcase of wack commercialized rap. Seeking to eliminate all believers of pure Hip Hop, the wack rappers tried to murder him with soft lyrics on the spot. However, he survived. Even though he was able to identify all of the fake rappers the police were unable to help him in his quest for justice; they were tied in too deeply to the power of commercializm. 

He decided that the only punishment these fakers might receive is that of lyrical destruction. 

Shortly thereafter, he emblazoned his body armor with a symbol of a Villain logo, and exacted his revenge. Since then he has waged a one-man war upon wack rapping, taking the name Slip Of The Tongue.
