I present to you "Weekend" EP. It was more of a challenge to make 3 songs in 3 days. I couldn't do it in 3 (thanks to my headphone bailing out on me). It was a great learning exercise to work under pressure and deadlines. I was not thinking about uploading it but it builds accountability. You guys be the judge.

Finall, safter such a long time, i am back with a release. But, believe me when i say this is different. This track would have been finished wayy back. I ruined the mix multiple times and had to start all over again. 

And, GUESS WHAT, I sang. These past couple weeks have been a blessing regarding what i have accomplished in this lockdown. 
Also, lyrics took a lot of time due to my preconceived notion of "cheesy" . But, you know, trial and error. The lyrics are rather simplistic, but i had a very big problem regarding the recording. I recorded this in a mono podcast mic, Can you believe that? Had to be super careful about the breath and extra noise. I even covered my CPU with my blanket to reduce noise. 

Anyways, it turned out well in the end, with a lot of post production and vocal processing. I loved making this track very much since it is my first hindi song under my alias. I enjoyed it very much, Let me know what you think about it. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hi Guys! Hope everyone is doing well. I present you "slowdd - setu" . It was just something i have been trying to finish since the day i heard it on a commercial announcing that Ramanand Sagar's Ramayan is going to be aired again on Television. I remembered when the whole village used to gather on sunday mornings at our house to watch it and there was an Aarti afterwards.


Its safe to say that nostalgia was the motivation behind this song. I  absolutely loved making this. I hope you like it too.

Drum & Bass Producer from India. I have been producing & releasing music under "Deadwalk". I was not much into music a major part of my life until I heard Avicii playing somewhere. I was like this is really cool and connected to it on another level. Next thing i know i was downloading DAWs and trying them out. Screwing around with something was never this fun. Artists like Deadmau5, Fox Stevenson, Tristam & Koven are my inspirations.   

My vision is to take Drum & Bass to heights never seen before in India. Join me in this journey.
