i’ve been journaling every morning for the past 3 years now, and about 2yrs ago i started closing every entry with “you are more than enough” once i hit that last line on the third page. even though i've written this for the past 700 or so days, it still sometimes feels like a lie. 

for every moment when it actually feels true, there are 10 others that try to convince me otherwise. doubt and fear are always there trying to slow you down and keep you from growing. but don’t give in and let your voice be silenced. push forward anyways- surrender to the process and trust in the practice. and don’t forget.. you are MORE than enough. now and always 💜

what an absolute honor to play my FIRST EVER festival set at my favorite place in the world! i first attended this festival in 2018 and instantly felt more at home than i ever have in my life. since then, i've attended nearly every year and dreamed of the day i could share my art at the very place that inspired it all. such a full circle moment; thank you to all who shared that space with me! all the love and thanks to shambhala for not only having me, but for creating such a beautiful place filled with connection, inspiration, realization, and drive.

a little glimpse as to where my mind was when writing this a few months ago.. as much as i LOVE writing music, each time i sit down and get ready to have a writing day, i’m honestly kind of terrified. it’s like, how long am i gonna stumble around in the dark before i get that spark? will i ever even get that spark? or will i come to the end of a 12-14hr session with nothing to show and go to bed thinking i’m a shit producer/artist (trust me, this happens plenty).. but i do it anyways. i sit down, show up, and just go for it. because just like anything in life you can’t wait until you feel ready. you just gotta trust the universe and jump.. into the unknown 🖤
