Israeli DJ, CEO at Too Much Information Records and NTS, Rinse, Dub Lab, Teder.fm radio host takes on the aquatic theme and exploits it to its roots in the 90s with special throwbacks like finding pearls from Ramirez and Teknotika. You're quickly surrounded with bubbles and there's no way up from that point, you're going deep. There's rhythm underwater, singing whales, and dancing submarines. Took some time to upload this, but life got in the way (had a child etc) and I forgot about the recordings. I was booked by Sacred Vision records to play my first ever ecstatic dance set, in a very interesting time in Melbourne where people where starting to recover from the effects of prolonged lockdown and orchestrated social division.

Just something I recorded after an immensely emotional trip that's helped me process my last 6 months and remind me to not get so caught up by my ego. Just like life, it gets a bit emotional and a bit wonky at times, but also joyous and groovy :) The beauty of life and interconnection.

Almost all professions and businesses have “nullified," but people are still callous, greedy and we are united by one thing - complete unpreparedness for a new reality. And yet, we all must finally understand how dear we are to each other, to start taking care of ourselves, all those people around us and the world in which we live and keep our hearts open.

Serenades Podcast #87 - Denis Yurgens

Martin Noise is a DJ / Producer from Buenos Aires, based in Barcelona, dedicated to the research and the experimentation of new sounds oriented to the dancefloor. He studied music production at Music School of Buenos Aires (EMBA) and he is owner of Playground Records with Kuunde and Moses.

Since he was a child his passion for music was evident, that's why when he became a teenager he started playing and producing different bands of rock, punk and post punk to decant in what would be his last project before focusing purely on electronic music, Blackinside which he record the Ep called "The Real". After the Blackinside separation he launched his career as a DJ and after some years playing he moved to Barcelona where he actually lives.

Nowadays in addition to Playground he is resident of the well-known club This Side UP and he is focused on his own productions, releasing music not only on Playground Records but also on Calypso, Hard Fist, Ombra International, Duro, Logical Records, Night Noise, Controlla and Lassi International.

Cardiac muscle (also called heart muscle or myocardium) is one of three types of vertebrate muscles, with the other two being skeletal and smooth muscles. It is an involuntary, striated muscle that constitutes the main tissue of the walls of the heart. The myocardium forms a thick middle layer between the outer layer of the heart wall (the epicardium) and the inner layer (the endocardium), with blood supplied via the coronary circulation. It is composed of individual heart muscle cells (cardiomyocytes) joined together by intercalated discs, encased by collagen fibers and other substances that form the extracellular matrix.

Slowly Episode #11 - Mihou

Meet Mihow: a Polish born, Australien raised sonic alchemist whose journey has spanned the vibrant cities of Melbourne, Amsterdam, and Kuala Lumpur. He has refined a unique taste for down-tempo psychedelic grooves, enriched with cross-cultural, mystical, and esoteric elements. Mihow carefully fuses ancient and modern sounds, crafting an auditory experience that pulses with tribal rhythms, syncopated beats, gnarly bass lines, and glitchy, organic soundscapes.

He honed his skills as a DJ in the bustling nightlife scenes of Kuala Lumpur and Saigon, captivating audiences at renowned venues such as Ren @ Club Kyo, Jiro, Elysium, Pisco Bar, Vitamin D at Bromar, and Arcan. Mihow's return to Melbourne in late 2019 marked a new chapter in his artistic evolution as he delved deeper into music production and began organising events and doofs, with notable performances at Nevedya and Section 8 before entering fatherhood in 2023.

Driven by a deep desire to facilitate the ancient ritual of connection and dance in a post-modern world, Mihow's sets are more than just music—they're a humble yet powerful contribution to elevating collective consciousness.
