So. Have started producing properly now and have three finalised tracks thus far. No doubt over time this list will be added to and the tracks will expand in production value but for now, enjoy the fruits of my work.

"Only Love Can Kill The Demon"

This was my first fully produced track back in September and featured in an Other Finger Films short film on boxer Tommy Langford (https://youtu.be/railuCq29v4) around the same time. It was my first attempt at Synthwave and hopefully the direction I'm aiming to take with my music production but clearly it lacked real bass or progression. Still proud of it and I might rework it someday.

"When The Last Person We Know Says Our Name"

This one was in the works for a couple of months before Christmas and was a real fun piece to create in spite of its melancholy tone, and you can't beat a good Pacino or Alan Watts sample. Would have to say my inspiration for this one was almost entirely "Security Is A Myth" by Paul Haslinger from the soundtrack to Halt & Catch Fire, definitely check out the series and soundtrack if you get time, excellent viewing. Another one that could do with a little more progression.

"Home"

This one I literally finished today and had been working on it for about a week, originally called "I wish I was Rival Consoles" simply because I do but eventually when I found the samples I realised where I really wanted the track to go theme-wise. The history and continual oppression of people of colour and police brutality in the United States are subjects of intense interest to me and as I cannot seem to write sensical political lyrics myself, I can only express my contempt for inequality through other peoples words, this track will be featuring on the album I'm working on with my housemates in our musical collective "Cherish The Falcon" later this year but I also couldn't resist releasing this early.

So all in all, I've got a long way to go before I can say I'm a fully capable of electronic production but this is what I got so far and hopefully more to come in the near future.
