This project took me upwards of 6 months. I wish I had a more precise timeframe for myself but I didn't keep up with it, it was a great time and a hard time to be honest with you. If you listen to the lyrics and the mood throughout the tape in order, you can kind of hear my feelings go from manic to a bit hopeless. At least I kind of can. Regardless of what happened in the past, I feel like a new person, and I want to keep this project as a timestamp of how I used to feel. Thank you for listening, seriously. I love this fucking tape.

Fun fact: I went through 2 different features for this song before Zion came in (that's 3 in total). This is probably my favorite song on the tape. I don't really know why but there's so much passion in it. The reason it's called YARD ON FIRE is because during the initial recording, my back yard and shed caught on fire and I had to pause to call the fire department.
