It was hard to imagine that Proxima Centauri B, a planet with a high civilization index, would one day become a savage mining colony. The once-thriving clan of Castafarian Keepers had been torn apart by internal strife. A glimmer of teleportation shimmered in the twilight. Queen of the Smorings was never late. It was now clear that the disappearance of Nomad had been an omen of what was to come. The guidance of the warrior queen sounded definite and convincing. Once she was done, a burlap pouch containing an unknown mixture appeared in her hand as if conjured out of thin air. “Take this. It will help in your upcoming encounter. May the force of the elements be with you.” With the sun slipping below the horizon, the gathering of the elders was about to begin. There wasn’t a second to lose.
