The Ep is a collaboration with fellow Still distant records label mate Punke, they combine forces to unleash a 6 track ep that manages to hit that sweet spot between Techno and Ebm. Animal Farm label boss Quail provides a octane fuelled remix and Scale Trax label boss Vishscale contributes a remix showcasing his raw industrial gritty London signature sound.

PREMIERE - Paulitical And Punke - NEUROSIS QUAIL REMIX

Krisztofer Tokodi is a hungarian electronic musician who has multiple alteregos. One of them is TD/X, which is mostly techno. He's studying in the experimental electronic music institute of Pécs.

The second "Parallel Circuits" represents a contrast between two fresh and interesting techno pieces. While Vaisanen's 'Notamiov' is a pleasantly monotone and industrial heavy song, TD/X made a track, which has many colours and tones, but it's also hard hitting. Both songs are fast, filled with energy, and absolutely resonate with the dancefloor.

Author, performer and producer Melvin Laur is a multidisciplinary artist. He became fascinated by the singular world of European underground scenes during an anthropological research trip dedicated to the Kyiv rave culture in Ukraine in 2019. This raw environment of Eastern European countries, paired with gritty sonorities from international artists such as Gabber Eleganza, Hdmirror, Marc Acardipane, I Hate Models and many more are unequivocal inspirations.

After a youth spent in France, five years in Canada and many others journeys; Melvin Laur continues to refine his artistic identity. Today, these experiences enriched by ongoing encounters and an expanding network give rise to various collaborations with talented artists. Now back in Europe, it is through contrasting projects that he returns to his mother language, subtly blending raw techno and French poetry. Committed and deeply concerned, his next release - which is his first solo project - aims to support Ukraine, a country with which he has deep ties. 

In a shaken world, this audacious fusion humbly dispels obscure and obsolete boundaries.
